Ed is a highly skilled financial advisor with more than 36 years in the financial services industry.

Born in New York City, Ed first came to Western New York in 1980 while attending the University at Buffalo School of Management as a finance major. In 1991, after working for a national company for some years, Ed felt the need to best serve his clients by becoming an independent advisor, thus having the opportunity to offer individualized portfolios to his clientele based on their personal goals and risk ability. In continuing to follow that path, Ed opened his own office and selected Commonwealth Financial Network® as his broker/dealer of choice. This enables him to offer almost unlimited options in stocks and bonds, mutual funds, variable annuities, and more with a focus on customer service.

Ed married Joanne in 1987 and they have three grown children: Edward Jr. and his wife, Michelle; Ashley; and Evan, who is now assistant to the president and chief operations officer at Rampart Wealth Management.

Through the years, Ed focused on serving the communities of Williamsville and Clarence as a member of the board of directors for the Town of Clarence Baseball Association and was actively involved as a coach and mentor for the Clarence Soccer Association, Clarence Basketball, and the Clarence School District.

Ed is an avid golfer and skier, and he and Joanne are close followers of the University at Buffalo athletics.

Ed holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations and is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth. He is also licensed for life insurance, long-term care, and variable annuities.
